Create an account on the VFS Global website to schedule your in-person appointment at the Visa Application Centre in Harare.

Attend Your Appointment and Submit Biometrics

Arrive at the VFS Global centre in Harare on your scheduled date. You will need to submit your physical Zimbabwean passport (valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned exit from the Schengen Area, with 2 blank pages), the signed application form, and all supporting documents (proof of accommodation, return flight itinerary, travel medical insurance covering at least €30,000, and proof of sufficient financial means). You will also pay the visa fee (typically €90 for adults) and submit your biometric data (fingerprints and a digital photo).
